STITCHING WORK TO CRACKS IN BRICKS

Angle grind out existing mortar 30-35mm every third course of bricks.

Clean out chased out mortar and wash out with water.

Fill two thirds full with the two part masonry repair grout.

Bend helical bars at a 45% angle to fit into corner of walls or if flat wall just lay in flat.

Insert helical bars into chased out mortar of wall ensuring that the helical bars are fully encased.

With a pointing tool compress the grout into the helical bars.

With a pointing tool fill and point over helical bars and leave to set.

If working inside of a property and there is a fire alarm make sure to cover the fire alarm sensor.
